Drew was having a conversation with someone and he was trying to get her to explain what her mental model was of something. But she got very angry and he couldn't understand why she was so angry. It turned out she'd thought that Drew would call her a mental model. And then just, you know, I think the things you learn from talking to people from different cultures and how people expect to be approached and spoken to. You can be speaking to someone anywhere.
