SaaS - Are Multi-Year Deals Always Fantastic?

The company needs to have a well-defined playbook so that there's no question on productivity. The playbook should also expand into onboarding as well, where they're early signs of success. In the enterprise, their sales component is usually failure in the SMB marketing component. If your retention is very healthy, you can go longer all the way up to two years. Multi-year deals are always fantastic or amling to watch out for.
