i do have a disconnection ritual from eight p m. to eight a m. It doesn't really matter in the morning, because i wake up when i'm allowed to connect. But in the evening, it's a lovely way of easing out of one day and into the next one. For every minute we spend meditating, we make back nine minutes in how much more productivey we can become for these benefits and so much more as well.
