Sally Kohn: I'm taking a social psychology class right now. One of the major points he makes in that class is how naturally overconfident we humans are. She says confidence and ego is a funny thing because on one hand, you really need that confidence so that you could sell yourself. But then it's hard because you don't want to get too over confident and not learn anything new.
