Laura Ingalls, a Nazi Agent, Was Arrested in September 1939
In 1939, Laura Ingalls was arrested for violating the airspace over the White House. In 1941, she was indicted for being a paid secret agent working for the German government. Her defense was that she didn't consider a leaflet to be an object. That one made page one of the New York Times.
