Cindy Brown was on the phone with Pastor Jeff when she dialed 911. He wasn't 50 miles away, he actually pings on the same cell tower that pings to their street. They find some of Michael's blood on Jeff's Bible in his car. Cindy bonds herself out, but leaves him in jail. Is that right? Absolutely. So he's stuck in jail while trials coming up and they get Jeff to say, all right, fuck it. I'll flip on her. She's out. I'll tell you everything. so he accepts a 20 year jail term in exchange for a plea to manslaughter. We're going to have a murder and he agrees to testify
