Drug Treatment Cash

The UK government has spent £780 million on drug treatment in three years. The figure is more than Dame Carroll asked for when she made her plea to the Government last year. Adam Cripps says it's worth thinking about Scotland, where drugs have been treated as a health problem and not a criminal one. He argues that if we don't start treating addiction like an illness then there will be no hope of breaking the cycle.
