Most of us follow the nutrient and diet rarely if ever of animal products. We don't need them, but it's probably not damaging if you had them in very small amounts. But as you people use them above 10%, you definitely see then genetic weaknesses start to express themselves. The biological value of protein is sufficient from plants when you're being a whole food.
