The body is in a relaxed state it's in vagatonia so we're in this parasympathetic mode low energy. This is when people think they are sick. And then the body shifts into the repair phase, so whatever was adapted during the conflict phase, you know what goes up must come down and so we have this normal homeostasis we want to return to.
