The Imposter Syndrome
I think that understanding what you feel and what your body signaling is so important. One of my favorite examples is that, you know, excitement and fear, or not fear anxiety, are physiologically identical in the body. It's how we label them that gives us a bad feeling versus a good feeling. And I view imposter syndrome as being able to push yourself to grow.
