Finding a Way to Mutually Meet in the Middle

There needs to be an understanding of why you need to share how you're feeling about that situation. And if you can't find a way to mutually meet, then you have to agree as a team that you need help. You need someone to help you meet in the middle so that you're both satisfied. We want different things sometimes and it's going to take sacrifice.
