How to Switch Between Survival Mode and Thriving Mode

The only thing we can do is actually manage transition between states. the brain thinks that okay you need there is physical threat to you although they might not be physical threat but in thriving mode when we feel safe enough then those functions are capable of so it's very important and also having developing a toolkit of how to switch between those modes. For example for me I know that doing physical exercise really helps me going for run going for work going climbing automatically shifts my brain from survival mode to thriving mode Also I know that if we all have so-called amygdala triggers and for different people they're very different based on the past experiences and avoiding those triggers can help to stick in to be in that kind
