Reappraisal in the Early Days of the Pendemic

Study shows reappraisal works equally well across negative emotions that are ofd flavors and intensities. Re appraisal does seem to really, across the board, for people in this context, decreased negative emotion and increased positive emotion. But there may be emotions that are just incredibly important in motivating us to do things that are consistent with our values.
