If you are constantly in an act of like very conscious labor in order to fit into that world then you're going to experience this brain crash brain fog we talk about or burn out like they're all the same thing. There's increasing anecdotal evidence for neurodivergent women that menopause is particularly problematic and those changes accelerate.
