How to Delegate Your Design Practice to Your Team

The fourth stage is design this is where I as the founder work on things that only I can do that nobody else on the team is capable of doing interesting. There are certain things that I still have to take some decisions on right and I'm not completely let go but I'm very confident that by the end of this year like I will not have to do those things anymore. It's possibly one of the most important things that you know me as a founder can do yeah which nobody else in my team right now can maybe at some point one of my team members will like grow enough to handle that role as well a role for us.
