How to Bring Joy to Dark Times and Dark Humor
I think the first thing that I kind of had insecurities around was my sense of humor. So Courtney knows I could be a very unserious person. And even now, like when things are serious, I like to make a joke to kind of lighten up the atmosphere and whatnot. It's only in really being intentional about increasing the depth and intimacy of specific relationships that I've really felt comfortable enough to be that hard, hard, key, key type of person. Also I've given myself permission to actually be joyful and joyous.
