With new platforms and new apps constantly hitting the scene, it's really difficult even for a government like China that's so sophisticated in this realm. John Sutter: We have to just be realistic about the fact that yes, there is pretty scary technology that's out there, but it is humans at the end of the day that are responsible for building the systems that will work or not.
