Larte: The model that you describe of te you, if you build hat, they will come nets, is an entire model predicated on high institutional trust. And yo, so in some ways, it does, it calls for the pastor to return to that other role. But what we have to do now is relationships at scale, not buildings and programs and institutions that scale.
