We're lucky to be healthy as long as we are, because our body's health offences are working on our behalf. Food is the one intervention that we do three times a day. We prescribe ourselves foods that can influence our bodies mences every single day. And life is tipping the scale down this way, and we're aiding some foods and doing other things to tip it the other way. It is balance.
