How to Share Job Descriptions With Other Communities
It makes me wonder how similar some of these position descriptions might be at the state and local levels. Is there a mechanism where governments who have walked down this path already can share some of their new and updated position descriptions with other communities who would like to pursue a similar approach? That's an excellent suggestion. In terms of formal or formalizing this, if we can convince the civil service folks at the state level to do this, then basically that trickles down states such as Maryland.
