There is just no such thing asa non responsive web application. Users like to you they, they will use your web application everywhere. They'll try o use it everywhere. And even if you're working on a dest top computer, we often make our wed make our browsers smaller. So i beice if the content would also move to fit into that smaller browser window,. so that we can have more than one window open on our desk top.
