ISKP, since the Taliban has taken over, they've expanded their vision and now they're pursuing a campaign of regionalization and internationalization. So basically, they're looking to South Asia, Central Asia, and internationally. They want to build support fundraise, recruit from new population segments, and improve recruiting with an existing communities of interest. And they're also crowdsourcing pro ISKP, propaganda creation, and volunteer translations into more languages.
