The Importance of Transparency in the Workplace

I had never worked in a union hospital before getting union raises was like a big step up in my life, you know. Then I got sick right and so to me the union was like a thing it was like man this is nice to have. And then COVID hit and it was just a really surreal experience. We're one of the things we're specifically fighting for is like transparency and accountability, especially for our staff. It's really scary how comfortable some of the people who are paid their wages out of our dues are with lying to us.
