Sesame Street in Russia
There's always been an anxiety about Russian culture and the sense that it's under threat from the West. What did you learn from your own attempt? In the process of making Uluz-Sizam, Sesame Street in Russia, I actually saw that process take place. How do you move from the music director for the TV show who only wants classical music to a more diverse one? That was most exciting to me about trying to write this book.
