Is There Still Bail Reform in Colorado?

I had the impression that there had already been some bail reform in Colorado. Is that totally wrong or has there been any and there's still more need it? I guess I'd say there was a statute in 2013 that was advertised as bail reform but didn't actually have teeth. And since then there have been a few measures that have passed. Certainly there's been a statute passed that abolishes monetary bail for certain very low level crimes. That was a big advance I think in the 2019 legislative session. So that helps but it's only a little piece of the problem.
