How I Become a Junior Explorer

In 1987 he started a company called interior metrics that was putting data systems into offices. He then went on to build a fiber optic network in Perth with Cisco and MFM America. After two years of working for the mining group, he decided to start his own business. In 2008 someone offered him some copper projects in Peru but he couldn't work out how to get them off the ground. So 15 years after starting an exploration company they are now operating in South America. The lithium project is one of their biggest ever successes so far.
