The Importance of Drawing in the Courtroom

"I'm constantly pulling from this now ginormous oddly shaped well worn basket to apply to the different circumstances that I go into with my work," she says. "There are no photographs allowed in Guantanamo Bay. Everything that's been documented especially in the courtroom is done through drawings and the New York Times hadn't sent somebody to draw there before."
