There's a very personal story at the heart of this. In effect, the BBC puts the interest of its own above the interests of the family or the public. I would have hoped by now that he would have come forward himself to issue a statement. And if he doesn't, I think the BBC should because I think this is damaging the entire reputation of the BBC. That's my view about it. But in terms of that, I do think the balance has tipped and the reason for that is I don't think that an individual as high profile as this man is, whose household name, etc., they have as much expectation of privacy as a junior researcher or producer working at the BBC
