Work more. Ask for more hours at your job. Be the first person to sign up on holidays where you get that time and a half or that double time if you're at a job, or maybe you're on salary. If there aren't any opportunities to earn more hours, pick up a side job. I did three jobs at the same time. There's always a job out there. It may not be the optimal life for you. But what you're doing at this point is you're laying the framework. You're willing to work extremely hard now in order to gain those benefits later.
