Book is intended to be a global book covering the sweep of when money laundering was first created. I felt I had something to say from a law enforcement perspective, which is a perspective that we don't hear much about in this area. The FATF has gone from small beginnings to an organisation which has regional bodies. Its meetings are very well attended at a high level by ministers. When it puts a country on a list, then people pay attention and they've written some very good manuals on how to do things. But over the years, it's kind of gone a little bit in a direction that's towards compliance and a tick box environment. It needs to get back to operational effectiveness.
