Getting a Web Socket Connection Up and Running

The web sock library that I wrote originally and it's now part of the Phoenix organization on GitHub. It basically just defines the specific functions that as a web socket server that you need to implement in order to have an underlying web server talk to you via web sockets. And then I had to go and write abstractions for that or implementations of that abstraction within both bandit and within plug cowboy. Both plant plug cowboy and bandit are able to serve server implementations that, that implement the web sock interface.
