LED light has such a narrow, unnatural spectrum of light that my brain and an optic nerve literally doesn't know what to make of that. The reason why we didn't see spikes in mitochondrial diseases from 1879 up until about 1980 is because incandescence where the primary bulb will be used have red in them. So any time you have blue, you've got to have red with it. And sunlight never comes with blue without red.
