If you have two hours dedicated five days a week, that's 10 hours or earning back as opposed to like a full day. I think the human ego plays a role. Like if somebody says I don't do meetings on Wednesdays, there's more of an emotional response than we don't do Meetings before 11 and after three. It's becoming more accepted to send a booking link than to do the email dance back and forth. And I just say, you know what, I love this idea of here's the booking link which says look how much availability I have.
