Mortgage Rates in the First Half of the Year

The housing market prices are coming down a little bit year over year. Inventory is incredibly low, which is contributing to why prices are doing what they're doing. Competition is heating back up on sort of a macro economic level. And as of right now, the economy is still growing. So we are expecting to not be in a recession at least at this point of the year.
