The NBA's New CBA Does Not Address Trade Demand Leaks
The NBA's new CBA somehow did not address this, and I don't really know if there's a good way to do so. If a trade demand leaks, they do address this actually in the new CBA. You can be fined or an agent can be fined $125,000 now. It begs the question of whether Damien Willard's agent has been fined because it's very clear that his trade demand has become public in recent years.
