Observer Relative Phenomena

Economists tend to forget that economics is kind of like physics only, it's harder. When I studied economics, I was appalled. We learned that marginal cost equals marginal revenue in the same tone of voice that in physics we learned that force equals mass times acceleration. That's why you can have an objective science of economics even though the phenomena studied by economics is in general observer relative and hence contains an element of ontological subjectivity.
