Neville Newton's House Was Burnt Down
The moment Neville realized his house was gone, something snapped. He would later describe it as a switch flicking in his mind. If I were in your shoes, I'd want to find out who burnt my house down. A house was burnt. Neville wasn't told anything about a fire. The letter from the council mentioned storm damage. But he doesn't pursue it. It's probably in such a state of shock. My head's racing fuel. In the weeks and months to come, this feeling will get worse, a lot worse. Right now, he just wants answers.
