Learning Agility Is Not About Learning by Doing
Trial and error problem approach is okay in a certain world with very simple problems but the majority of what we are all spending our time on is where we've got uncertainty and lots of unknowns. We're either trying to spot opportunities to create completely new value or find new ways of working you know think we're trying to think differently.
