The Arab Interior Ministers Council, otherwise known as Arab Interpol, was established in 1982 by Arab League countries. It's essentially like a fast tracking information sharing and extradition request system. The first time you find out that you have a warrant for your arrest is when you're arrested. Screeps and lawyers are telling me they're pretty concerned about the lack of transparency of this council.
