We can infer a million of them within the orbit of the earth around the sun. And they're roughly the sizef a person. They came from outside the solar system. But is any of them of artificial origin? Is any of them is of equipment? If we wanted to figure this out about an object like m what we need is to come close to it, or land on it. Such a mission would cost us at least a billion dollars.
