More likely to have metabolic disorders. Diabetes. And they have what we call weight loss resistance.
My guest today is a returning guest and if I’m honest, it’s taking me far too long to get her back on. Dr Denise Furness is a geneticist, and fitness professional, and on super-dooper smarty pants.
On today’s podcast we discuss the latest in Biological Age testing, which has moved on in leaps and bounds in recent years. We also discuss the various ways that you can lower your biological age and have a very cool announcement that we’re both super-excited about, so stay tuned.
If you’d like to know more about the trial that we’re going to do, you can register your interest by sending an email to info@genenutrition.com.au
