"I. think it's quite a total order to on algorithm to be able to do that automatically because as my colleagues just explained we had to get the data first and then try to interpret or codify the data in terms of variables so at some stage of the process there was some UN intervention with domain knowledge involved," he says. "But bits and pieces are already here like scrapping so going online getting data that's that's quite easy but what is multi-langing is where you need human intervention and human expertise codifying the data for instance initially and then interpreting the results as well"
