Most of my clients are certainly going to be 20 plus years old. Usually they're at 30, 40, 50, and maybe sometimes old. You've had a good two to three decades of reinforcing a belief of like, you know, constrain. And so it's very convincing and invariably one of the things that I found in my work that I found fascinating is that people will actually fight for their limitations.
