Neuropsychiatric Symptoms in Dementia

Neuropsychiatric features are common in neurodegenerative diseases. Management of these symptoms can be difficult and often requires a combination of non-pharmacologic and pharmacologic measures. SSRIs or SNRIs can also be helpful in managing some behavioral features in behavioral variant FTD.
