Every scene you had to figure out, okay, so what's going into that earpiece depending on what the scene is and who the characters were and what he wanted to hear. And did the different Mike's work for, if it was in his head versus him talking to the commissioner versus himtalking to somebody else, would that determine what Mike would be used? I know you're taking all of it but you're also mixing on set. You're recording them as separate tracks but then do you give a mix on set depending on the scene, you know, so the Mac get a sense of whether it was the voice in his head or whether he was which part of his character he was
