Is Everyone Feeling the Same Way to the Same Degree?

Everybody is feeling some level of grief, but it varies depending on the person. You have to be willing deal with people in that emotional state. And so different people, we can make mtions. Oh, it's a death, everybody's sad, everybody's grieving. But there can be a multitude of emotions,. So if you just assume that everybody's feeling the same way to the same degree, you're going to really mess up those dynamics - individually and collectively as you try to mediate between the parties.
