The New Deputy Commander of Wagner
Colonel General Mazzinsev, who was recently sacked as the Deputy Defense Minister for Logistics, he has apparently been named as the new Deputy Commander of Wagner. Now, Wagner are not part of the regular Russian order of battle. So, is this a political move? Or is Wagner being brought into the fold of the regular forces? And if so, what does that mean for Pragosian's position? There are machinations going on here.
