The value of articulating your experience is it's a practice and exercise to shift what you are orienting to. This is one of those practices that you can't really know how powerful and transformative it can be until you engage in some practice yourself. So listeners, back to our dance metaphor, orient to where you are. Is there opportunity there to engage some support from a person or community that you're already a part of to support look like something else for you? There's no right or wrong there.
