The cashew cream recipe is an example of a component style meal prep. The burnt orange and coriander roast pork sounds and smells so good just saying the name of it. It starts off with broiling cut oranges until the flesh is charred then you juice them to make like a burnt orange juice, which really it's such a simple added step but adds so much to the pork.
