How to Use Emacs as a C++ ID

C++ is in kind of a unique position right in that it's very hard for IDEs and tools like it to do the kind of analysis that you static analysis that you can do on Python code. The nature of C ++ with the include path and just some various other aspects of its object oriented nature make that kind of analysis really really really hard to do so I think it's really questionable whether or not an IDE offers all that much in that way.
